Professional by Day and hobby artist/overall Dabbler by Night located in the general vicinity of Texas. So if I say y'all on occasion that just means "you all". As in a contraction to address a collection of individuals. And yes, y'all is spelled properly being a contraction and all. No, I don't have a cowboy hat or cowboy boots or a horse.
Recently, I got into AI Art since its easier (and faster!) to get art on the page. Usually. So far, I've been learning and honing the Way of the Prompts which has been interesting. I'm excited to see in what directions I can take it.
But I must admit, AI is definitely not an End All Be All for Art. At least not for right now. There still can loads of things wrong with the images generated. The subjects can be wrong, as seen by the infamous 8-fingered and multi-limbed folks and AI being adamant that things grow out of other things. But its also composition can be off balance, too busy, too repetitive.
At the end of the day, there is still the need for a human to (currently) assess AI's digital picture smash and see if it looks decent.
